Distilled and bottled on Waiheke's Eastern shores with giant kelp, locally harvested citrus and a hint of spice. Clean lingering finish with subtle lime. Pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean or Elderflower tonic and a twist of lime, or with a sprig of rosemary. Fernmark endorsed and proudly vegan-friendly.
