Click & Collect - Online Shopping Service

With our click & collect service, you can skip the queue and avoid the crowd when shopping in-store. Plus, you can also earn Aelia Reward points when shopping on Aelia Duty Free websites, and use them to offset your next online purchase. You can also enjoy a further discount by signing up for our newsletter.

1. Place your order online 6 months & up to 3hrs in advance (Auckland & Christchurch websites), and up to 24hrs in advance (Queenstown, Adelaide & Cairns websites)

2. Select a collection point on your flight terminal.

3. Enter your flight, passport and payment details.

4. Pick up your order at the selected location. Please note that it is required to pick up prior to 1hr before departure.

Click & Collect - 3 Hour Orders

You can now shop a selected range of full price and promotional products between 3 - 12 hours before your flght. Just look for the 3hrs icon on product pages. 3 Hour ordering is only available at Auckland & Christchurch websites. 


All Aelia Duty Free stores (NZ & AU) provide Shop & Collect service. With this service,  you can experience the luxury of travelling lighter without missing out on shopping our extensive range with exclusive offers. 

1. Shop duty-free products in-store that you would like to collect them on you return, and take them to the payment area.

2. Provide us with your collection date and your flight details, then complete the payment process. Once done, leave your items with us. Please ensure to keep your receipt safe, as it will be required when you collect your purchase.

3. Upon your arrival, go to the Collection Point and show your receipt and passport, then check that the goods are correct and take them with you.


FAQ's

Q. What do I need for collection?

You will receive a order confirmation via your email or mobile once it is placed successfully. Please ensure that you bring the Order Confirmation (screenshot or print-out), Passport and Boarding Pass for order verification.

Q. What happens if my flight is rescheduled?

You may reach out to us to provide the rescheduled flight date and time. The order will be prepared for your collection on your rescheduled flight.

Q. What are the operating hours of the collection centre?

Our Collection Centres in all terminals operate 24 hours daily.
