Aelia Duty Free customers can choose to be added to our email newsletters and receive our best deals sent straight to their Inbox.

Customers can opt out of receiving our emails and newsletters at anytime. 

We collect information (such as your name, shipping and billing address, credit card number, email address, etc.) from you that we need to:

• Process your order
• Provide you with customer support
• Allow you to use the website
• Send you newsletters and other communications

Please note that we do not store Credit Card information.

Aelia Club Travel Rewards Program
Aelia Duty Free collects personal information in order to conduct the Programme and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers. Participation is conditional on providing this information. The member authorises the Operator to use the personal information provided for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages.

Microsoft Clarity & Aelia Duty Free Auckland Website
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our Auckland website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity.
