Our Winter Malt draws inspiration from a distinct selection of New Zealand malts:
1. **Manuka Smoked Malt:** Exclusive to New Zealand, this malt offers smooth, sweet smokiness with the essence of the native Manuka tree.
2. **Chocolate Roasted Malt:** Crafted with care, it exudes delightful coffee and chocolate aromas.
3. **Toffee Malt:** Roasted at low temperatures and caramelized, it imparts honey and toffee flavors.
4. **Laureate Distillers Malt:** Sourced from family-owned farms in New Zealand's South Island, this malt is known for its sweet and floral qualities.
Our Winter Malt is aged in the finest first-fill bourbon barrels. When you take a sip, expect sweet honied smoke, chocolate caramel slice, vanilla bean, and toffee on the nose. In your mouth, notes of bitter dark chocolate and cocoa beans blend harmoniously with creamy fudge, leading to a long, sweet, and smoky finish.
