The Pokeno Exploration Series represents our innovative single malts, a journey of New Zealand's culture and environment.
Triple Distillation concentrates alcohol and fosters fruity flavors. With just two stills, we perform two distillations in our 3600-liter spirit still, separating hearts from heads and tails.
Pokeno Single Malt is known for its sweet and smooth character. Slow distillation maximizes reflux, and we select only around 20% of the distillation run. An additional distillation elevates the profile. Pokeno Triple Distilled Single Malt matures in top-notch first-fill bourbon barrels, yielding an incredibly smooth, sweet, and honeyed single malt.
