Named after the place of origin and produced only along the Chishui River in Moutai Town of China’s Guizhou Province, Moutai is the originator and typical representative of China’s sauce aroma liquor, and the pinnacle of Chinese baijiu. Prominent sauce aroma with complex flavours of baking, flowers, fruit, sweetness, dried plants, and sourness.  The nose wonderfully translates into palate with additional flavours of pear, pineapple and white chocolate.  Long and complex finish with savoury, meaty and fruity notes.
