Matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years and enhanced with a warm finish from hand-selected Sherry casks which previously held 15 years old Pedro Ximénez Sherry wines. Aroma: Toffee apple and sweet spice. Taste: raisins, fig, ginger spice and a burst of sweet liquorice
