Jack Daniels

Jack Daniel's Bottled In Bond 1L

Description

The production of whiskey in the 18th century was often characterized by below average, counterfeit and even health endangered distillates. Whiskey drinkers could not be sure what exactly they drank. To give American whiskeys a high level of security, the United States Congress passed the "Bottled In Bond Act" in 1897, which certifies the controlled quality of whiskey by this name. This decision states that the whiskey must be at least four years old and bottled within a season and in a distillery.
