Description
Reminisce of Spain's noble wine, sweet dark fruit with a whiff of violet and rose unfold into a brooding opulent but elegant palate. The beautiful bunches were given to a long cold soak and wild fermentation. With plenty of time to mature in French oak barriques and bottle like for a ‘Gran Riserva’. No fining. No filtration.
