Pinot noir is the heart of foxes island and the icons wines were 18 years in the making before we were totally satisfied that the wines were genuinely outstanding and worthy of the status. The best vines are hand tended and the selected fruit is naturally vinified by indigenous yeast in oak cuves. Matured in small, french oak barrels, the best components are selected for the final blend.
