Dalmore The Trio 1L

Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is apportioned between first fill ex-bourbon casks, aged Tawny Port pipes and Matusalem sherry casks. The three parts are then brought back together to harmonise. Aroma: Raspberry tart, Seville oranges and morello cherries dipped in caramel. Taste: Damson plums, manuka honey and coffee latte.
