Dalmore The Quartet 1L

Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is apportioned between first fill ex-bourbon casks, Apostoles and Matusalem sherry casks and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. The four parts are then brought back together to harmonise. Aroma: Madagascan vanilla, blood orange and red grapes. Taste: Christollen cake, sherry soaked raisins and liquorice.
