An attractive and stylish New Zealand rosé full of rockmelon, rose petals, and sea breeze aromas. Red berry, spice and Provence herb flavours mingle on an elegant, well-balanced palate. The wine has crunchy acidity with a savoury yet refreshingly juicy finish. Treated as a white wine in the cellar, this rosé was fermented cold in stainless steel tank.
