Description
Ripe citrus, juicy mandarin, apricot and white flower aromas mingle with rich, toasty almond, pine nut and flint. An elegant and refined style with good mid-palate weight and a lingering creamy finish. The wine was fermented in stainless steel, followed by minimal malolactic fermentation and a touch of French oak.
Pairs well with fish or cream based dishes.
