The Nautilus Pinot Noir is dark ruby in colour. the nose reveals fragrant floral aromas, ripe wild blackberries, plums and spices. the palate is medium bodied with good structure. refined and balanced, this elegant wine shows good intensity and a lengthy finish. nautilus pinot noir is made from handpicked grapes which are chilled overnight before being destemmed into tanks in our specialised pinot noir winery. the fruit is given a cold soak of five to seven days and then wild fermented before aging in french barriques for 11 months.
