Peregrine Pinnacle Pinot Noir 750ml

Certified organic. A combination of whole bunch and destemmed fruit was used in fermentation with maturation taking place in French oak barrels for a period of 10 months. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a dark red purple tinged hue. Perfumed like aromas of violets, dark to black cherries and anise are interwoven with dark plum, scorched earth, subtle dried herb and spicy cedar notes. Fleshy dark cherry, ripe strawberry, dark plum and anise flavours carry good richness across the light to mid weighted palate. Notions of forest floor, dried herbs and spicy cedar lie underneath. Nicely integrated velvet like tannin structure. Excellent power with a long, deeply fruited conclusion.
