Top the Package with a Beau is a charcoal grey-black nail polish shade with gold shard glitters scattered throughout it. It's so unique. I love it! The formula is great! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. It covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two-three thin coats depending on personal preference.
