Since the re-opening in 1997, the character of all Glen Garioch liquid changed from peated to non peated, employing traditional whisky making methods such as non chill filtered, high strength to retain maximum flavour. Glen Garioch 15 YO was one of the most highly revered liquids in the original portfolio and hasn’t been released for over 8 years. Glen Garioch has always favoured quality over quantity. So rather than releasing a new batch on a whim, the distillery only selects casks at the peak of perfection. This special liquid is now available exclusively to GTR for a limited time only.
