The pale straw colour and aromas of ripe citrus fruits indicate the chardonnay origins of pelorus non vintage. a bouquet of apple and lemon complements fresh bready notes derived from two years bottle aging on lees. the deliciously crisp cloudy bay displays toasty, creamy complexity on the palate, enhanced by a lingering nutty finish. Alcohol: 12.5%.
