A unique expression of gin involving the fortification of an organic Marlborough Pinot Noir wine with a concentrated botanical expression of Roots Dry Gin. Bottled at 37.5%, Roots Rosso is the perfect marriage between a tawny port, sweet vermouth and botanical gin.

When sipping, Roots ‘Rosso’ is a rich and unctuous off-dry spirit, tasting of ripe strawberries and warming spice reminiscent of a sweet vermouth with a bold pinot noir nose of dark fruit and rich iris flowers.
