Dry River Pinot Noir 750ml

Pinot noir is our largest planted variety, though it only represents one third of our production. we aim to achieve ripe fruit flavours with transparent tannins at moderate alcohol levels. we feel this grape should present an elegant character, shy and modest in its youth.
