Drappier ‘Carte d'Or’ Brut Champagne 720ml

Drappier is considered the finest boutique producer in the Cotes des Bar region of the Aube district and are exponents of organic and traditional practices. Made entirely with juices from the first pressing, with Pinot Noir grapes contributing more than 75%. Unfiltered and with a reduced dosage, this brilliant champagne is imbued with elegance and authenticity. 

Tasting Notes: The texture is silken, soft and moreish. It has roundness to the palate with a refreshing crispness bringing everything back into focus. Finally, we complete the journey with a little spice and honeyed notes.

Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, and 5% Meunier.
