This hand crafted Pinot Noir was grown on our estate-owned Cowslip Valley vineyard in the Waihopai Valley of Marlborough. Traditional winemaking techniques including fermentation in open vats with hand plunging, results in a smooth, full-flavoured wine. Recommended cellaring 1-5 years Taste: Layered aromas of sweet plum, dark cherry, delicate spice and oak. The palate is brambly and brooding, dark cherry/cola, savoury, supple and generous with a touch of dried thyme. The winemaking team love it and so will you.
