Caperdonich Peated 21 Yo 70Cl - Secret Speyside 48%

Once gone there will never be another. Caperdonich’s peated 21 year old small batch release single malt was matured in American Oak barrels. Individually numbered, each bottle is non-chill filtered and sits at 48% ABV. This whisky encapsulates the vanished distillery’s signature style of orchard fruit flavours with leading notes of gentle peat and herbal tea leaves.

This is a layered and complex malt: gentle peat and bonfire embers come together with warm cedar and mandarin orange. Long and smoky, the finish leaves a subtle taste of liquorice and herbal tea leaves.
