Suntory Toki Whisky 1L

TOKI, Japanese for “Time”, is a vivid blend of Yamazaki and Hakushu Single Malt whisky and Chita Single Grain whisky.

Fifth Generation Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo, challenges the conventional hierarchy between malt and grain whisky, highlighting the quality of the Chita grain whisky not as a base but in equal standing to the Hakushu and Yamazaki malts. Basil, green apple, and honey on the nose, with grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme on the palate.  A subtly sweet and spicy finish with a hint of vanilla, oak, white pepper, and ginger.
