Comprised of fruit from both the wairau and awatere valleys. the wairau valley contributes vibrant aromatics and a flurry of tropical fruit characters. the awatere valley adds a crisp acidity and distinct minerality. the resulting wine is a textbook marlborough sauvignon blanc. aromas of freshly cut grass and gooseberry are met with a pallet of fresh lemon, grapefruit and a full dose of passionfruit on the finish. enjoy nicely chilled.
