Peregrine Charcoal Creek Riesling 375ml

A warm, dry summer leading into a cooler autumn saw our late harvest riesling picked in three stages.the first picks in late april and early may gave this wine lovely fresh, citrus notes with a nice balance of acidity. heavy snowfall in late may left 15cm of snow resting on the canopy nets. this allowed the final pick of fruit beneath to develop beautiful honey and apricot flavours. a late harvest riesling showing aromatics of lemon zest, apricot and ginger. a delicate sweet wine that has a lovely balance of fruit sweetness and fresh acidity.
